Book with Confidence Policy:

No Extra Fees to Reschedule

Thanks to our “Book with Confidence” policy, changes can be made on any future booking with no extra fees up to 30 days prior to your scheduled departure. Changes to reservations that occur after this time may have a small fee applied due to already-made arrangements.

Lifetime Deposits
Although this may seldom happen, in case you need to cancel or postpone your trek, we have kept safe your deposit so that you can reuse it in near future treks or tours. You even can transfer it to your friend who can do the booking of the tour in their name towards Mountain Ascend Treks.

Guaranteed Refund
We will refund the balance, with a 20% cancellation fee towards covering logistical costs, should this change and you fail to make the trip. Note that the various arrangements previously made cannot be ‘unmade’; however, we are transparent and fair in our process.

Guaranteed Departures
We do not cancel any scheduled tour unless this is beyond our reasonable control. If there were to be any delay or cancellation due to an unforeseeable event, options would be available to you for changing into another destination within the same region.

Flexible Booking Options
Our Book with Confidence policy allows flexibility in booking; hence, you can tailor your trip to your preference and needs. You can adjust the package by trip length or add side excursions as long as the request is made at least 15 days prior to the trip’s start. Only limited changes may be possible once the logistics are finalized.

Also, you are not obliged to pay in full amount in advance. You confirm your trip, paying 20% of the total price as a deposit, and the remaining balance you will pay when you arrive at your destination.

No Single Supplements
We don’t believe in discriminating against solo travelers, so we don’t charge single supplements on our small group tours. And if there is someone else traveling alone in the group, we may even share you with them to make it fair for everyone.
